Return Eligibility

Items that have been assembled, used, damaged through misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

To request a return:

Please do not return any product without prior return authorization.


Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products, subject to product availability. If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order.
